Agreeing to these terms

You agree to these terms and to the Waitlist privacy notice by ticking the box when you join. We keep a record of the date of the terms you agreed to, and when you agreed. You must be 18 or over to join.

What the waitlist is

• A free list of people who would like to use UReditor during its beta. It is not an order, and it doesn't give you an account.
• We invite people as the beta has room. We don't promise that you will be invited, or when.
• We may invite people in a different order from the one they joined in, for example by the type of content they make.
• You can leave at any time (see Leaving, and the waitlist ending).

The beta

The beta is an early stage of UReditor, still being built. While it lasts, features can be added, changed or removed as we improve the service, and it may sometimes be unavailable. If a change takes away something you are using, we will tell you before it happens.

Your invitation lets you sign in to UReditor during the beta, and these terms keep applying to your free month. Before you pay for anything, we will show you the terms for it, and you choose whether to accept them.

Your free first month

If you join while the sign-up page offers a free first month, the offer is recorded on your entry when you join. It is for the people we invite: joining doesn't mean you will be invited (see What the waitlist is).

• What it is: 30 days of the Starter plan at no charge, with that plan's monthly credits (150 credits). For those 30 days your account has the plan, as a paying customer's does: you start edits with the credits and use what the plan includes.
• When you get it: the 30 days start on the day we invite you, when we make your account. The email that invites you says the plan, the credits and the day the 30 days end.
• When it ends: after 30 days the plan ends by itself. Nothing is charged and nothing renews. To keep a plan, you choose a paid plan yourself, at the price shown before you pay.
• Your credits: they don't run out by date. Like any plan's credits, they work while you have a plan, so credits you haven't used when the free month ends stay on your account and work again whenever you start a plan.
• No card and no charge: you don't give a card or pay anything to receive it. Your account lists it as a free first month, not charged.
• One per person: one per email address and one per account. It can't be exchanged for cash, or passed to someone else.

We may stop offering the free month to new sign-ups at any time. If you joined while it was offered, your entry keeps the offer as it was when you joined. We will only change the offer on your entry if the change is better for you or the law requires it.

The offer ends if you leave the waitlist, or if the waitlist closes before we invite you. We may refuse it for an entry made with false details or by automated means.

Using the form fairly

• Give your own, true details, and join once.
• Don't sign anyone else up without their permission.
• Don't use bots or scripts, and don't try to get round the sending limit or harm the site.

We may remove an entry that breaks these rules.

Our name and content

UReditor's name, logo, site and content belong to us or to those who license them to us. Joining the waitlist gives you no right to use them. What you type into the form stays yours, and we use it only as our Waitlist privacy notice describes.

Our responsibility to you

Joining is free and an invitation is not promised, so we are not responsible for a loss caused by not being invited, by when you are invited, or by the waitlist or the beta ending. We are responsible for keeping these terms and for using your details only as our Waitlist privacy notice says.

Nothing in these terms takes away or limits a right you have under UAE law, including consumer protection law, that an agreement cannot take away.

Leaving, and the waitlist ending

• You can leave at any time: email info@lerevemedia.com from the address you joined with. We delete your entry within 7 days.
• We may close the waitlist or end the beta. If we close the waitlist before inviting you, we will email you, and delete your entry as the Waitlist privacy notice says.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the law or the beta changes. The date at the top shows the latest. If a change affects you, we will email you before it applies. A change never takes away a free month already recorded on your entry, and never applies to anything that happened before it.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of that emirate decide any dispute about them. This doesn't stop you using any consumer complaint route that UAE law gives you.
